Terms of delivery

PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) indicated by the CLIENT during the order process.

Shipping time

The time required to prepare an order and issue an invoice, prior to shipment of PRODUCTS in stock, is indicated on the SITE. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

An e-mail message will automatically be sent to the CLIENT upon shipment of the PRODUCTS, provided that the e-mail address entered in the registration form is correct.

Delivery times & costs

During the ordering process, the SELLER indicates to the CLIENT the possible delivery times and shipping methods for the PRODUCTS purchased.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be due by the CLIENT in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased.

DELIVERY TERMS

The parcel will be delivered to the CLIENT upon signature and presentation of an identity document.

In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CLIENT to pick up the parcel at the post office.

The responsibility of picking up the parcel at the post office within 10 days is given to the CUSTOMER. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for a parcel that is destroyed, or that is not returned to him by the postal services, and this reason does not constitute a means of obtaining any reimbursement.

DELIVERY problems

The CLIENT is informed of the delivery date when he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order.

It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. Failing this, the CUSTOMER must give formal notice to the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable period, and in the event of non-delivery within this period, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract.

The SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery charges, to the CLIENT without undue delay after receipt of the letter of cancellation, using the same method of payment used by the CLIENT to purchase the PRODUCTS.

The SELLER is responsible until delivery of the PRODUCT to the CLIENT. It is reminded that the CLIENT has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted at the time of delivery.

Change / Error in DELIVERY Address

The CUSTOMER has a period of 24 hours to notify a change or error in the delivery address. If this period is exceeded, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for any failure to DELIVER. The CUSTOMER is responsible for checking that no error has been made in the address when placing the ORDER.

PRODUCTS marked as delivered but not received

In the event that the carrier marks a PRODUCT as “delivered” but the CLIENT does not find it in his mailbox or at the delivery address (due to carrier error, theft, or any other cause), the CLIENT must immediately inform the SELLER of the problem within 48 hours of the stated delivery date. The CLIENT must also file a claim with the carrier to resolve the situation.

If, after investigation, it is proven that the PRODUCT was indeed delivered in accordance with the carrier’s tracking information and the CLIENT cannot provide clear evidence that this was a carrier error (for example, by filing a complaint for theft or other), the SELLER shall not be held liable for non-receipt of the PRODUCT.

In the event that the CLIENT makes a false declaration in order to obtain a refund for a PRODUCT not received, it is specified that in accordance with articles L. 121-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, such a false declaration constitutes fraud, and the CLIENT may be prosecuted for breach of trust and false testimony. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse any request for reimbursement and to report the incident to the competent authorities.

If the error is attributable to the carrier or to proven theft, the CLIENT may request a refund or return of the PRODUCT subject to the conditions defined by the carrier and after studying the situation. The SELLER will act within the framework of its legal obligations to resolve the problem, but cannot be held responsible for anything other than compliant delivery.
